One of the most important points of acupressure is the LV-3 or Tai Chong point.
Massaging it in circular motion for two minutes can treat a whole range of conditions such as headaches, dizziness, canker sores, blurred vision, red and swollen eyes, nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, anxiety, insomnia and irritability.

The point is located on a finger width above the point where the big toe and second toe meet.
